Rogé & Company, Inc. is an independent, fee-only financial planning firm serving clients locally and virtually across the country, with Long Island, New York and Beverly, Massachusetts office locations. R.W. Rogé & Company, Inc. was founded on a “client first” culture and proudly commits to acting in your best interest as a fiduciary, since 1986.

Our Financial Planning Process

Financial Planning is a process that builds a road map that defines the direction in which you want your life to proceed into the future. If you think of your future as a story that is yet to be told, financial planning is then the process by which you will tell that story. Working through a financial plan with our team will help you navigate through your life stages such as employment, marriage, home ownership, parenting, eldercare, divorce, retirement and ultimately death — and all the stops in between.

We are a “fee-only” advisory firm, and we pride ourselves on offering complete transparency in all that we do – including fees. There is a one-time, up-front charge of $3,800 for the creation of your comprehensive financial plan. Our ongoing asset management fee, which also includes any plan updates, is between 0.50% – 1% and is based on a set fee schedule.

Here’s what you can expect with our detailed, Plan, Achieve, Live® process:

  1. Complimentary Discovery Call: After we review your preliminary questionnaire, we will schedule your complimentary discovery call. This is where we get to know each other, help you articulate your goals, discuss your unique needs, and explain more about our firm and our services.
  2. Data Gathering: If we are a good fit for each other, we begin data-gathering. During this stage, a cash flow analysis, risk tolerance, and other fact-finding tools are used to begin the planning process.
  3. Establish Your Account: Next, we establish your account and grant you access to our secure client portal which we use for sharing important financial planning information.
  4. Plan Presentation: Finally, we review your plan together, answer your questions, make any necessary adjustments, and discuss next steps.
  5. Ongoing Partnership: Our process doesn’t end with the presentation of your plan. Our greatest assets and the key to our success are the unique relationships we build with our clients. We are not just your financial advisors; we are your guides on your life’s journey. We provide you and your loved ones with ongoing coaching, financial services, and financial plan updates.
