Fake News and Fraudulent Activity

(and its associated entities) name, brand, and reputation may periodically be misused by unauthorized persons to publish fake news articles and Web sites; launch illegitimate marketing, fundraising, and/or investment campaigns; impersonate R.W. Rogé & Company, Inc., its employees, or affiliates in employment scams and phishing schemes; or engage in other fraudulent activities aimed at extracting personal or financial information or to gain money, as well as to deceive, misinform, or otherwise cause harm to individuals and businesses. The actions of these unauthorized persons are not associated with R.W. Rogé & Company, Inc. and, as such, R.W. Rogé & Company, Inc. and its associated entities are not responsible for the consequences of any of these fraudulent activities.
