Darlene Walsh, FPQP™

As a Paraplanner, Darlene works closely with our advisory team. She is responsible for preparing client reports, responding to any client requests in a timely manner, including money movement and information functions, namely money transfer requests, deposits, account opening, closing, and more. In addition, Darlene holds her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, having held a Series Six and Life, Disability, and Health licenses as a Registered Representative with New York Life, as well as a Relationship Banker and Branch Designee with Capital One.

Can’t imagine living anywhere else…

If you weren’t in your current profession, what would you choose to do?
Party Planner – Love to plan parties! Decorations (theme parties are the best!), Activities, Food Menu, Music and People.

Tell us about an unforgettable place you have traveled?
Ireland – the History, Music, Dublin, Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Castles, Churches, People, Seafood (best mussels I’ve ever eaten), Cliffs Moher, County Cork and the best part is that I shared the experience with my cousins. Céad Míle Fáilte (a hundred thousand welcomes)

What was the best souvenir you brought home from a vacation or trip?
Every trip I take, I always purchase an ornament for my Christmas tree. When decorating the tree, I remember all the trips I’ve taken, the people I taken them with, people that I’ve meet there and school trips with my son.

What was the best news you ever received?
It’s a healthy baby boy…
