If you did not live on Long Island, where would you choose to live?
Someplace warm! Perhaps San Diego.

Name an unforgettable place you have travelled?
Africa. Seeing all of the beautiful animals in their home habitat was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

What types of clients do you particularly enjoy working with?
I really enjoy working with all clients, but I do love our more senior clients. They give me my “joie de vivre!” (joy of life).

What’s your favorite quote?
Don’t let your present be a prisoner of your past. Forgiveness is freedom.

What is one indulgence you will never forego?
Taking good care of myself both physically and mentally. Whether it’s Yoga, Pilates, walking, or just getting my hair and nails done.

What type of music do you listen to most often?
Jazz, but I love all music.

If you weren’t in your current profession, what would you choose to do?
My love of animals would have led me to be a veterinarian, vet technician, or maybe to run a kennel or home pet sitting service. I believe animals are the true expression of the meaning “unconditional love.” I have had four dogs in my life and they were the best therapy for anything.

What’s one movie you could watch over and over again?
The Bucket List.

What was the last meal that truly impressed you?
Dining al fresco under the stars when Ron and I went on a safari in Africa. The sky was simply amazing and breathtaking. It made me realize what a minor part we are in the entire universe.

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know?
I was a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves.
